The problem: your competitors look safer on Google
When a homeowner compares three companies, the one with more reviews, fresher reviews, and answered reviews usually gets the call. Most good shops lose that comparison for one simple reason: nobody asks, or somebody asks once and forgets.
Good work, quiet profile
Your crews do solid work, but the jobs end, the truck leaves, and the review never gets requested. Your profile sits still while the work speaks for nobody.
Competitors keep stacking reviews
The shop across town adds a few reviews every month. Over a year that gap turns into a big number, and shoppers read it as proof, fair or not.
Unanswered reviews cost trust
A review with no response, good or bad, looks like nobody is home. Answering every one is simple, but it is one more thing an owner has to remember.
How it works
Three steps. We do the setup and the monthly work. You approve the setup once, then only weigh in when a response actually needs your judgment.
Review gap audit
We pull your public Google numbers and line them up against your top 3 local competitors: rating, total reviews, and how fast each shop is adding new ones. You see exactly where you stand before you pay for anything beyond setup.
Requests go out after every job
After a completed job, your customer gets a short text or email asking how it went, with a direct link to review you on Google. Messages run through a platform that tracks consent and honors opt-outs, and every customer gets the same neutral ask.
Responses drafted, scorecard monthly
We draft a response to every review. Routine thank-yous follow a template you approve once. Anything negative or sensitive waits for your approval before it posts. Once a month you get a one-page scorecard with the numbers that matter.
What is included, and what is not

Straight answers on results
Reviews are one of the things Google weighs when it ranks local businesses, and a steady flow of real ones helps your profile look active and trustworthy. We will not promise a ranking, a star rating, or a number of calls. Anyone who promises those is guessing with your money.
What we do promise: every customer gets asked, every review gets an answer, and you see the numbers every month.
What your monthly scorecard looks like
One page, once a month. No dashboards to learn, no logins to remember.

How we work
Review shortcuts can get a Google profile penalized and a business talked about for the wrong reasons. We keep it clean:
- Real customers only. No fake reviews, no paid reviews, no review swaps.
- No review gating. Every customer gets the same neutral ask. We never steer unhappy customers away from the public review link.
- You approve sensitive responses. Anything negative or touchy waits for your sign-off before it posts.
- Consent and opt-outs respected. Requests go out through a platform that records consent and stops when a customer opts out.
- No outcome guarantees. We report what happened each month, in plain numbers, good or bad.
Questions owners ask
Will this get me to number one on Google?
No, and we will not promise that. Reviews help your profile look active and trustworthy, and steady review activity is part of how Google judges local businesses. Rankings depend on a lot more than reviews. What we control is the asking, the answering, and the reporting.
Do you write or buy reviews for me?
Never. Every review comes from a real customer who did real work with you. Fake or paid reviews can get reviews removed or a profile suspended, and they are not worth the risk to a business with your name on the truck.
What happens if an unhappy customer gets the request?
They get the same message as everyone else. We do not filter your list. If a negative review lands, you get an instant alert, we draft a calm response, and nothing posts until you approve it. Plenty of owners find a well-handled complaint builds more trust than silence.
Who writes the responses?
We draft every response. Short thank-yous follow a template you approve at setup, so they can post quickly. Anything negative, personal, or about a specific job waits for your approval, always.
How do the requests go out, and what about consent?
After a job is marked complete, the customer gets a short text or email with your review link. Messages run through a business messaging platform that tracks consent and honors opt-outs automatically. We only message your own customers, from your job records. We never buy or rent lists.
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things: access to your Google Business Profile, a simple way to know when a job is finished (most invoicing apps can do this), and about 20 minutes to approve your message templates. After that, your regular job is approving the occasional sensitive response.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Setup is a one-time $249. After that it is $299 per month per location, month-to-month, and you can cancel with 15 days notice before the next billing date. If it stops paying for itself, you should not be locked into it.
Who is this for?
Owner-run home service businesses in East Hampton and surrounding towns, roughly a 25-mile radius: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, septic, landscaping, house cleaning, pressure washing, and similar trades. It fits best if you do good work, have a decent rating, and know your competitors are collecting more reviews than you.

Book a short intro call. Before we talk, we pull your current review numbers against your top 3 competitors, so the call is about your actual gap, not a sales script. If the numbers say you are fine, we will tell you that too.
